As Chief Technology Officer at startup AiPath, I was responsible for building the company's tech infrastructure from the ground up and delivering production-ready solutions to clients by early 2024.

• Tech Stack Definition: I selected technologies that could serve a wide range of client needs without requiring additional developer training.
• Team Formation: I formed a team of 6 members after filtering over 50 resumes, prioritizing both technical skills and collaborative character.
• Work Model: I implemented a fully remote model to maximize productivity and access nationwide talent.
• Production Process: I participated in development to establish code standards and mentored the team, offering support through our Udemy Business account.

As Lead Instructor, I designed and delivered a full-stack training program for EFKA employees. The course structure included core Java, advanced web technologies, and database programming, helping non-technical staff bridge communication gaps with developers. The success of this program laid the foundation for ongoing upskilling initiatives within the organization.

Thesis (170 pages): Student Performance System (SPS)

A full-scale Java-based client-server application developed to monitor student progress through sequential assessments. The system applied AI-driven evaluation models such as decision trees, Bayesian models (used in performance prediction), and basic pattern-matching with heuristics to analyze academic trends and forecast final performance. These methods served as early forms of intelligent feedback, aiding instructors in identifying areas of concern. Built using Java, MS SQL Server, JSP, XML, and UML methodologies.

Completed a two-year academic program in Software Engineering covering subjects in Algorithms, Data Structures, Secure System Development, prior to transferring to the University of Hertfordshire.
